Questions before you ride
The things people ask us most about jet ski hire in Bali.
Do I need jet ski experience?
Not at all. Our licensed guides give you all the instruction you need for a safe, fun ride.
How do I make a reservation?
Tap any “Book” button to message us on WhatsApp with your package, date, time and number of riders. We'll confirm availability and send payment details.
What should I wear?
Swimwear or comfortable clothes that can get wet, plus sunscreen. We provide life jackets and goggles.
Is there a minimum age?
Riders must be at least 18 to drive alone. Passengers must be at least 10 and able to reach the handlebars and footrests comfortably.
What safety measures are in place?
Safety comes first. Our jet skis are well maintained, everyone wears a life jacket, and our instructors run through a full safety briefing before you set off.
Can I bring my phone or camera?
Yes — keep it in a waterproof bag or case. We also offer photo packages so you can enjoy the ride without worrying about your device.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. If conditions aren't suitable we'll reschedule your ride and offer you the next available time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within seven days of your booking date are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp at least seven days before your booking and we'll move it to a new date.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept major credit cards, cash and online payments.
