Do you need to have some experience of jetskiing before you can get started?
Absolutely not! Our team of guides is fully licensed and is on hand to provide all the guidance you need to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
How to make reservations?
Just head over to the ‘Booking’ page, pick your package, choose a date and time, and follow the instructions to complete your reservation.
What should I wear on a Jet Ski tour?
We suggest you wear a swimsuit, comfortable clothes, and sunscreen.
We’ll also provide optional life jackets and goggles for your safety.
Is there a minimum age requirement for riding a Jet Ski?
Just a heads-up: riders must be at least 18 years old to ride alone. Passengers must be at least 10 years old. Participants should be able to reach the handlebars and footrests comfortably.
What safety measures are in place?
We make visitor safety our top priority. Our jetskis are in great shape, and all participants are kitted out with life jackets. Our experienced instructors will run through all the safety guidelines before we set off, so everyone knows what to expect.
Can I bring my camera or mobile phone?
We suggest you capture your memories and also make sure your device is kept safe in a waterproof bag or case. We’ve also got photo packs so you can relive your adventures without worrying about your devices.
What happens if there's bad weather?
Your safety is our top priority.
If the weather isn’t suitable, we may have to reschedule your tour. We’ll do our best and let you know the exact timing option when we can.
What is the policy in case of cancellation?
Just a heads-up: If you cancel within seven days of your appointment, we can’t offer a refund.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
Just a heads-up: we’ll send you a notification at least seven days before your reservation.
